EECP

What is EECP?

It is a non-invasive therapy which enhances blood circulation through timed inflation and deflation of pressure cuffs wrapped around the calves, thighs and hips, thus increasing the blood perfusion of vital organs, such as the heart, brain and kidneys.

It is an FDA-approved angina pectoris treatment and is suitable for patients with stable heart diseases.

It develops new pathways around the blocked arteries within the heart. At the same time, it helps in widening tiny blood vessels, increasing the blood network and stabilizing blood flow to the heart muscles.

EECP is often referred to as NATURAL BYPASS.

Recommended course of EECP therapy:

  • 60 minutes per sessionn
  • 5 sessions a week
  • 35 sessions per course

EECP Benefits

EECP Procedure

Patient assessment will be done by our medical doctors prior to the treatment.

Three sets of cuffs will be wrapped around the calves, thighs, and buttocks.

The cuffs work by repetitive inflation and deflation, enhancing blood flow to the large blood vessels in the heart during diastole, eventually increasing the coronary perfusion.
